Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or transaction confirmation) must be provided
  • The service must not have been fully utilized or consumed

Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Fully used job postings or completed service packages
  • Subscription periods that have already commenced or been partially used
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless required by law)

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Services partially used
  • Technical issues preventing proper use of the service (subject to verification)

Refund Process

Once your request is received and reviewed:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
