Project Manager (Civil Engineer) Full Time

A leading construction organization is seeking a Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to lead and deliver civil construction projects across Riyadh and Dammam. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex project lifecycles from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery in line with scope, budget, and timelines
• Supervise civil construction activities and ensure compliance with specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and address risks proactively
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and HSE requirements
• Prepare project reports and present updates to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 5 to 10 years of practical experience in civil construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project controls
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
