Manager QA/QC Engineer Full Time

A reputable organization in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Manager QA/QC Engineer to support infrastructure, building, industrial, and construction projects. The successful candidate will bring practical experience, strong professional judgment, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced GCC environment. Experience in construction, EPC, industrial, refinery, or oil & gas environments is preferred where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:
– Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documentation
– Coordinate site activities with contractors, consultants, and project teams
– Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements
– Prepare reports, resolve technical issues, and support successful project delivery

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
– 7–12 years of relevant practical experience in the applied role
– Strong working knowledge of ITP, inspections, NCRs, method statements, quality documentation
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work effectively in a multicultural GCC environment
– Experience with GCC construction, EPC, refinery, industrial, or oil & gas projects is an advantage
– Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes
