Architect Full Time

A reputable organization in Lusail, Qatar is seeking an Architect to support infrastructure, building, industrial, and construction projects. The successful candidate will bring practical experience, strong professional judgment, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced GCC environment. Experience in construction, EPC, industrial, refinery, or oil & gas environments is preferred where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:
– Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documentation
– Coordinate site activities with contractors, consultants, and project teams
– Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements
– Prepare reports, resolve technical issues, and support successful project delivery

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
– 7–12 years of relevant practical experience in the applied role
– Strong working knowledge of design coordination, drawings, materials, residential/commercial standards
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work effectively in a multicultural GCC environment
– Experience with GCC construction, EPC, refinery, industrial, or oil & gas projects is an advantage
– Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes
