Manager Energy Analyst Full Time

A reputable organization in Muscat, Oman is seeking a Manager Energy Analyst to support oil & gas, refinery, utilities, renewable energy, and EPC project environments. The successful candidate will bring practical experience, strong professional judgment, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced GCC environment. Experience in construction, EPC, industrial, refinery, or oil & gas environments is preferred where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:
– Support field, technical, or operational activities in line with project requirements
– Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and client standards
– Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and site stakeholders
– Prepare technical reports, monitor progress, and resolve operational issues

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Engineering, Finance, or related field
– 7–12 years of relevant practical experience in the applied role
– Strong working knowledge of energy modeling, consumption analysis, sustainability reports, KPIs
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work effectively in a multicultural GCC environment
– Experience with GCC construction, EPC, refinery, industrial, or oil & gas projects is an advantage
– Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes
