A well-established automotive organisation in the UAE is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Generalist to join its team in Sharjah. This is a full-time, on-site role suited to HR professionals with strong operational and strategic HR expertise, preferably in the automotive, dealership, or service industry.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth through effective HR management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organisational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Organisational Support

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Support workforce planning, organisational growth, and employee development initiatives
• Contribute to improving organisational culture and operational effectiveness
• Partner with management to support business performance and employee engagement

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Coordinate hiring processes, interviews, onboarding, and recruitment reporting
• Support hiring managers with manpower planning and recruitment requirements

Automotive Industry Recruitment

• Manage recruitment for automotive-related roles including:
  • Sales Executives
  • Service Advisors
  • Automotive Technicians
  • Administrative & Support Staff
• Identify and attract skilled automotive professionals within the UAE market
• Support dealership and service center staffing requirements efficiently

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain HR policies, employee records, and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal company procedures
• Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
• Assist with HR reporting, payroll coordination, and HR administration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles
• Previous experience within the automotive or dealership sector is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
