Sales Executive Full Time

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team and help expand our employer network across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach companies hiring across the GCC market
• Generate new business opportunities through email outreach, calls, and networking
• Present recruitment solution to HR Managers, Recruiters, and Business Owners
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets
• Promote employer packages, recruitment campaigns, and AI hiring solutions
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to support client success
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or SaaS sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent English and Malayalam communication skills are mandatory
• Experience in HR, recruitment, or job platforms is an advantage
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and CRM systems is a plus
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate
