  • Acts as Data Controller for user data collected directly on the Website

  • Acts as Data Processor when transferring CVs/data to employers or ATS systems

Employers’ Role

Employers accessing candidate data become independent Data Controllers and are fully responsible for:

  • Compliance with UAE data protection laws

  • Data handling, storage, and deletion

Consent

By uploading your CV, you:

  • Consent to sharing your data with employers

  • Acknowledge loss of Company control once data is exported

Data Retention

  • We retain data while your account is active or as required by law

  • Employers are responsible for their own data retention practices

 

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

VSCareer.com is a platform that connects employers and candidates.

We:

  • Do NOT guarantee job placement

  • Do NOT verify all job listings or users

  • Are NOT involved in hiring decisions

You use the Website at your own risk.

The Website is provided:
“as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

  • We disclaim all warranties

  • We are not liable for any damages, including loss of data or profits

 

11. Termination

We may:

  • Suspend or terminate your account at any time

  • Remove your content

  • Restrict access without notice

especially in cases of:

  • Breach of Terms

  • Legal violations

 

12. Indemnity
