Senior Risk Analyst Full Time

Our client, a leading financial services organisation in Dubai, is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to strengthen its enterprise risk management function.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial, operational, and regulatory risks across the organisation. You will work closely with senior leadership to provide risk insights that support strategic decision-making and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across business units
– Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
– Monitor key risk indicators and prepare executive-level reports
– Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
– Support the development of enterprise risk frameworks

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field
– Minimum 5 years of experience in risk analysis or related function
– Strong analytical and reporting skills
– Knowledge of risk frameworks (ERM, Basel, ISO)
– Ability to communicate complex risk issues to stakeholders
