A growing organisation in Jeddah is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR operations and support organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
– Manage employee relations and performance management
– Develop HR policies and procedures
– Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
– Support leadership in organisational development initiatives
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum 5 years of HR experience
– Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
– Knowledge of HR systems and labour laws
– Ability to manage confidential information
