Digital Marketing Manager Full Time

A well-established organization in Saudi Arabia within the medical and hospitality sectors is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital strategies that drive brand awareness, patient/customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

This role requires a data-driven professional with strong expertise in digital channels, performance marketing, and campaign optimization within regulated and service-driven industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display)
• Manage and optimise paid media campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads)
• Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve ROI
• Oversee content strategy aligned with medical and hospitality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
• Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and brand guidelines
• Manage budgets, timelines, and campaign execution
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and marketing automation

Requirements:

• Saudi Arabian nationality (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
• 6–10 years of digital marketing experience, with proven experience in medical or hospitality sectors
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and performance marketing tools
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing budgets
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in healthcare marketing is highly preferred
