Construction Civil Supervisor Full Time

A leading EPC contractor in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Construction Civil Supervisor to oversee civil works on major refinery and oil & gas construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining strict adherence to project schedules and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all civil construction activities including foundations, concrete works, and structural installations
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and international standards
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams
• Monitor progress and report on project status
• Enforce HSE policies and ensure a safe working environment
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction supervision
• Mandatory experience in refinery or oil & gas construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
• Proven ability to manage site teams and subcontractors
• Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred
