Field Mechanical Supervisor Full Time

We are looking for a Field Mechanical Supervisor to support ongoing refinery and oil & gas construction projects in Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing mechanical installation works and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation of mechanical equipment, piping systems, and rotating machinery
• Ensure all work is executed according to project specifications and standards
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality control
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues
• Enforce safety procedures and site regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in oil & gas or refinery construction projects
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and installation processes
• Ability to manage site operations and teams effectively
• Candidates currently in Saudi Arabia are preferred
