We are hiring a BIM Coordinator to join a dynamic engineering team in Al Khobar. The role involves managing Building Information Modelling processes and ensuring coordination across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
- Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues
- Support project teams with BIM tools and workflows
- Maintain BIM documentation and standards
- Collaborate with designers and engineers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of BIM experience
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM tools
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Experience in large-scale construction projects
