Community Manager Full Time

A leading organisation operating within the medical and hospitality sectors in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Community Manager to build, engage, and manage its online and offline communities. This role is critical in enhancing brand presence, improving customer engagement, and maintaining strong relationships with patients, guests, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will serve as the brand’s voice across digital platforms, ensuring consistent communication aligned with brand values and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies across social media and digital platforms
• Monitor and respond to customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Build and nurture relationships with online communities, influencers, and brand advocates
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver engaging campaigns
• Track community metrics and generate performance reports
• Ensure all communications comply with healthcare and hospitality standards
• Manage crisis communication and reputation management when required

Requirements:

• Saudi Arabian nationality (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in community management, preferably within the medical or hospitality sectors
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English)
• Experience in handling customer engagement in regulated environments (healthcare preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
