Director DevOps Engineer Full Time

A reputable organization in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates is seeking a Director DevOps Engineer to support digital products, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and data-driven transformation programs. The successful candidate will bring practical experience, strong professional judgment, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced GCC environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable technical solutions aligned with business needs
– Collaborate with product, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver improvements
– Monitor performance, resolve technical issues, and support continuous optimization
– Prepare technical documentation and follow secure development practices

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or related field
– 10+ years of relevant practical experience in the applied role
– Strong working knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, cloud platforms
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work effectively in a multicultural GCC environment
– Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes
