We are looking for a Field Mechanical Supervisor to support ongoing refinery and oil & gas construction projects in Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing mechanical installation works and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation of mechanical equipment, piping systems, and rotating machinery
- Ensure all work is executed according to project specifications and standards
- Coordinate with engineering and construction teams
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality control
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues
- Enforce safety procedures and site regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in oil & gas or refinery construction projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and installation processes
- Ability to manage site operations and teams effectively
- Candidates currently in Saudi Arabia are preferred
