Finance Manager Full Time

🚀 A growing organisation is seeking an experienced, dynamic Finance Manager to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide financial reports and interpret financial information for management, while recommending further actions.
– Advise on investment activities and develop strategies for the company.
– Prepare and analyse accurate monthly financial and management reports, including the income statement, balance sheet, budget variance, projections and forecasts, and cash flow statements.
– Maintain control over the following areas: general ledger, accounts payable, expense reports, and billing.
– Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
– Perform month-end closing procedures, including overhead allocations, account reconciliations, and updating schedules.
– Recommend and report on benchmarks to measure organisational performance.
– Prepare preview and final financial statements and periodic reports for management to facilitate cost control.
– Collaborate with internal and external auditors during reviews and audits, ensuring full cooperation from accounting staff and compliance with all requests.
– Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.

Requirements and Skills:

– BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
– Professional qualification in accounting or finance (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
– A minimum of 5 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably within the Fintech sector.
– Solid experience in coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and accounting for investments.
– Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, ERP) and advanced skills in Excel.
– Ability to maintain high performance levels, solve problems, and meet demanding deadlines.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
