HR Assistant Full Time

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Al Ain. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about Human Resources and looking to build a long-term career in a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment and onboarding process from start to finish
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and internal communications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (fresh graduates with strong interest may apply)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
