Key Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day functional activities and support business priorities
– Prepare reports, analyze performance indicators, and recommend improvements

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 10+ years of relevant practical experience in the applied role

– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work effectively in a multicultural GCC environment
