Lead Retail Sales Full Time

A reputable organization in Muscat, Oman is seeking a Lead Retail Sales to support client acquisition, revenue growth, account management, and market expansion. The successful candidate will bring practical experience, strong professional judgment, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced GCC environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Identify new business opportunities and manage a qualified sales pipeline
– Build and maintain strong client relationships across the market
– Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and achieve revenue targets
– Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback

Requirements:
– High school diploma or degree preferred
– 8–12 years of relevant practical experience in the applied role
– Strong working knowledge of customer service, product knowledge, POS systems, upselling, merchandising
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work effectively in a multicultural GCC environment
– Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes
