A reputable organization in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Mid-Level Cabin Crew to support hotels, aviation, tourism operations, and premium guest experience environments. Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver excellent guest or passenger experience in line with service standards
– Coordinate daily operations and resolve service-related issues promptly
– Monitor quality, safety, and customer satisfaction levels
– Support team performance, reporting, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
– High school diploma or degree; aviation training preferred
– 3–6 years of relevant practical experience in the applied role
– Strong working knowledge of passenger safety, service delivery, emergency procedures
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work effectively in a multicultural GCC environment
