A reputable organization in Sohar, Oman is seeking an F&B Manager to support hotels, aviation, tourism operations, and premium guest experience environments. Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver excellent guest or passenger experience in line with service standards
– Coordinate daily operations and resolve service-related issues promptly
– Monitor quality, safety, and customer satisfaction levels
– Support team performance, reporting, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
– Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Food Service, or related field
– 7–12 years of relevant practical experience in the applied role
– Strong working knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, hygiene, team leadership
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work effectively in a multicultural GCC environment
– Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes
