A leading hospitality organization in Jeddah is seeking a Hotel Manager to support daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee operational activities within the assigned department
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
– Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
– Maintain compliance with company policies and hospitality standards
– Support reporting, scheduling, and team management activities
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
– Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience depending on role seniority
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Experience within hotels, restaurants, or hospitality environments preferred
– GCC experience is an advantage
