Mid-Level Hotel Manager Full Time

A reputable organization in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Mid-Level Hotel Manager to support hotels, aviation, tourism operations, and premium guest experience environments. The successful candidate will bring practical experience, strong professional judgment, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced GCC environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver excellent guest or passenger experience in line with service standards
– Coordinate daily operations and resolve service-related issues promptly
– Monitor quality, safety, and customer satisfaction levels
– Support team performance, reporting, and continuous improvement

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
– 3–6 years of relevant practical experience in the applied role
– Strong working knowledge of hotel operations, guest satisfaction, budgets, team leadership
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work effectively in a multicultural GCC environment
– Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes
