Operations Manager Full Time

A reputable organization in Lusail, Qatar is seeking an Operations Manager to support corporate operations, shared services, governance, and business performance initiatives. The successful candidate will bring practical experience, strong professional judgment, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced GCC environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day functional activities and support business priorities
– Prepare reports, analyze performance indicators, and recommend improvements
– Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution
– Maintain compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and market standards

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
– 7–12 years of relevant practical experience in the applied role
– Strong working knowledge of process improvement, KPIs, team leadership, reporting, SOPs
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work effectively in a multicultural GCC environment
– Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes
