UAE-based operating company focused on creating customized travel experiences and coordinating transportation solutions for clients.
As we continue to develop our travel and transportation business, we are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Executive – Travel & Airport Transfers to expand our client network and generate new business across the UAE and GCC.
The Opportunity
Your primary objective will be:
Find and develop new sources of airport-transfer inquiries, bookings, and long-term clients.
This is a proactive business development position. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, approach potential partners, build relationships, and convert those relationships into recurring business.
You will focus particularly on developing B2B partnerships with businesses that regularly require or can refer airport transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new inquiries and bookings for airport transfer and transportation services.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients and referral partners.
- Build relationships with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, holiday-home operators, corporate travel departments, concierge companies, event companies, and other businesses serving travelers.
- Develop new partnerships across Dubai, the wider UAE and GCC markets.
- Expand and maintain AxA International’s existing client and prospect database.
- Identify organizations with recurring airport pick-up, drop-off, and transportation requirements.
- Conduct proactive business development through LinkedIn, email, telephone, networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings.
- Present AxA International’s transportation and travel solutions to potential partners and clients.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries and convert opportunities into active business.
- Develop corporate and travel-industry accounts that generate recurring bookings.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, active opportunities, partners, and clients.
- Identify new channels and partnership opportunities that can increase bookings and revenue.
- Monitor performance and report on leads, conversions, new accounts, partnerships, and revenue generated.
Who We’re Looking For
We are particularly interested in candidates who are well connected within the UAE travel, tourism, hospitality, or transportation market.
You should have:
- Previous experience in business development, B2B sales, partnerships, account development, or lead generation.
- Experience within travel, tourism, hospitality, airport transfers, limousine/chauffeur services, transportation, or a related industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market.
- An existing network within hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, corporate travel or hospitality would be a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to prospect independently and develop new business rather than relying only on incoming leads.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Commercial mindset and a strong focus on results.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Confidence using LinkedIn, email, telephone, and in-person networking for business development.
- Fluent English; Arabic and other languages relevant to the GCC travel market are an advantage.
How Success Will Be Measured
Your performance will be based on measurable business results, including:
- Qualified airport-transfer inquiries generated
- New B2B accounts acquired
- New hotels, travel agencies, and other referral partners onboarded
- Growth of the active client database
- Conversion of inquiries into paid bookings
- Recurring business generated from acquired accounts
- Revenue and profitability generated from your portfolio

This position would particularly suit someone currently working in travel sales, hotel partnerships, DMC sales, transportation sales, corporate travel, or tourism business development who already understands where airport-transfer demand comes from and knows how to turn relationships into recurring bookings.
