HR Manager Full Time

🚀 About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of HR to lead and scale our human capital function. This role will be responsible for driving the overall HR strategy, aligning people initiatives with business objectives, and building a high-performance culture across the organization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals
Lead talent acquisition, employer branding, and workforce planning
Oversee performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives
Manage compensation & benefits structures aligned with market benchmarks
Partner with senior leadership to support organizational growth and transformation
Implement HR systems, analytics, and reporting frameworks
Lead and mentor the HR team
✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
10–15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and GCC HR practices
Proven experience in scaling organizations and managing change
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in [industry-specific experience if required]
HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus
