HR Executive Full Time

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of UAE HR experience and will be responsible for supporting and managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, performance management, and compliance with UAE labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development initiatives.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR reporting.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Coordinate visa processing, labour contracts, medical insurance, and other employee-related documentation.
Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee information and attendance data.
Assist in implementing HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
Prepare HR reports and maintain the confidentiality of employee information at all times.

Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of HR experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa procedures, and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and performance management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 10,000 per month
