A reputable organization in Muscat, Oman is seeking a Business Development Manager to support corporate operations, shared services, governance, and business performance initiatives. The successful candidate will bring practical experience, strong professional judgment, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced GCC environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day functional activities and support business priorities
– Prepare reports, analyze performance indicators, and recommend improvements
– Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution
– Maintain compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and market standards
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
– 7–12 years of relevant practical experience in the applied role
– Strong working knowledge of lead generation, proposals, CRM, negotiation, partnerships
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work effectively in a multicultural GCC environment
– Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes
