Group HR Manager Full Time

A well-established and rapidly growing healthcare group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to lead and oversee human resources operations across multiple healthcare entities within the organisation.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an HR professional with strong experience in the UAE healthcare sector, deep regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage strategic HR functions in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and align HR operations across hospitals, clinics, and affiliated business units
• Manage recruitment of medical professionals, specialists, and allied healthcare staff
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, DHA regulations, and healthcare licensing requirements
• Oversee payroll operations, WPS processing, GPSSA, and HR-related financial governance
• Handle employee relations, legal matters, and coordination with UAE government authorities
• Drive performance management frameworks, HR policies, and organisational development initiatives
• Lead and mentor HR teams across multiple locations

Requirements

✔ Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience within the UAE healthcare sector
✔ Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership HR role
✔ Strong knowledge of DHA licensing, MOHRE regulations, and UAE labour legislation
✔ Experience managing multi-entity HR operations and payroll governance
✔ Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills
✔ Strong leadership, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities
