Junior Pharmacist Full Time

A reputable organization in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Junior Pharmacist to support clinical services, healthcare operations, patient experience, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will bring practical experience, strong professional judgment, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced GCC environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver safe, compliant, and patient-centered healthcare services
– Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow approved protocols
– Coordinate with medical, nursing, pharmacy, and administrative teams
– Support quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with valid license
– 1–3 years of relevant practical experience in the applied role
– Strong working knowledge of dispensing, patient counseling, inventory, regulatory compliance
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work effectively in a multicultural GCC environment
