Regional Market Access Manager – META Region Full Time

A leading multinational pharmaceutical organisation is seeking an experienced Regional Market Access Manager to lead market access, pricing, reimbursement, and health policy initiatives across the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa (META) region. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring sustainable patient access, supporting product launches, and driving commercial success through strategic stakeholder engagement and market access excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional market access strategies for both existing and pipeline products.
• Support reimbursement pathways and market access readiness for upcoming launches.
• Lead pricing strategy development and governance across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with country teams on pricing and reimbursement submissions, negotiations, and value communication.
• Drive regional pricing projects, including reference pricing analysis, tender strategies, and HTA readiness.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare payers, policymakers, and health authorities.
• Monitor healthcare policy developments and influence access frameworks where appropriate.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and Government Affairs teams.
• Develop regional value dossiers, health economic models, and pricing tools.
• Utilise health economics and real-world evidence to strengthen access and reimbursement discussions.
• Monitor market access KPIs and identify opportunities to optimise performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Economics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MPH, Health Economics, or similar) is preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of pharmaceutical market access experience.
• Proven experience securing reimbursement and market access for innovative pharmaceutical products.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, pricing regulations, reimbursement frameworks, and HTA processes across META markets.
• Experience working across multiple countries within the Middle East and Africa region.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Experience in health economics, value communication, economic modelling, and market access strategy development.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
