A reputable organization in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Senior Call Center Agent to support customer contact operations, support channels, service quality, and customer retention. Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, or ticketing channels
– Resolve complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when required
– Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation
– Support service quality targets and customer satisfaction initiatives
Requirements:
– High school diploma or degree preferred
– 6–10 years of relevant practical experience in the applied role
– Strong working knowledge of call handling, CRM, complaint resolution, customer service
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work effectively in a multicultural GCC environment
