A reputable organization in Manama, Bahrain is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support corporate operations, shared services, governance, and business performance initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day functional activities and support business priorities
– Prepare reports, analyze performance indicators, and recommend improvements
– Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution
– Maintain compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and market standards
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
– 6–10 years of relevant practical experience in the applied role
– Strong working knowledge of sourcing, interviews, ATS, offer management, candidate experience
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work effectively in a multicultural GCC environment
