A reputable organization in Sohar, Oman is seeking a Senior Healthcare Administrator to support clinical services, healthcare operations, patient experience, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver safe, compliant, and patient-centered healthcare services
– Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow approved protocols
– Coordinate with medical, nursing, pharmacy, and administrative teams

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
– 6–10 years of relevant practical experience in the applied role
– Strong working knowledge of clinic operations, patient flow, compliance, reporting
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
